By accessing or utilizing the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the practices described herein.

We may collect, process, and store certain personally identifiable information ("PII") and non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

• Identifiers such as full name, email address, and device ID voluntarily submitted by you through account registration or usage of core functionalities.
• Metadata and usage data pertaining to your interactions with the App, which may include device information, diagnostic logs, and feature engagement metrics.

We do not transmit user data to third-party entities except in circumstances where such disclosure is necessitated by legal obligation or has been expressly authorized by the User via affirmative consent.

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from children, and any such data, if identified, will be expunged in accordance with our deletion protocols.

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Material changes shall be communicated via in-app notification or through the contact information associated with your account. Continued use of the App following the effective date of such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
